Greenway Giants participates in competitions organised by Ryde Hornsby Baseball League (RHBL), one of the leading junior Baseball associations in Sydney.

Its mission statement of "Families assisting families to develop self-esteem and confidence in children through Baseball" sums up the family-focussed, development-focussed approach of the association, which is entirely consistent with Greenway values.

Greenway is one of 11 participating clubs in competitions organised by RHBL. In addition to organising and overseeing junior competition, RHBL provides Winter Development programs for interested players in selected age groups (U12, U14 and U16). These programs are run on an all-comers basis, so for players keen to improve their Baseball skills, keep an eye on the RHBL site in the weeks following the conclusion of each Summer season.

RHBL operates under the constitution of Baseball NSW, along with other metropolitan and country associations across NSW. It enters a representative team into the Sydney Junior Championships each year, as well as running a development team for those players looking to develop their games even further. Both of these teams take on similarly constructed teams from other metropolitan associations, including Hills, Manly, Cronulla, Greater Western, and Bankstown.
