Our club would simply not exist without a healthy spirit of volunteering. Coaches, Managers, Scorers, and Umpires give their time to see that players get to experience all that Baseball and Softball offers.
There are also many vital administrative positions which are necessary to run the club effectively. Should you have an interest in one of the positions below, or have some questions related to to a particular position description, please feel free to contact the Club President.
Junior Softball Coordinator
Executive Committee
The club is seeking an interested parent from the Softball Community to take on the role of Junior Softball Coordinator. The Junior Softball Coordinator oversees the Club’s participation in junior age groups of the Hornsby District Softball Association (HDSA) competition. The position is responsible for liaison with players and parents, coaches and managers, HDSA and Club Executive to ensure the Club fulfils its strategic objectives through participation in this association.
Softball Equipment Manager

The club is seeking an individual from the Softball Community to take on the role of Softball Equipment Manager. The Softball Equipment Manager oversees the acquisition and coordination of the Club's Softball equipment assets. Working with the President and Treasurer of the Club, the role ensures that teams are suitably and safely equipped to participate in all training and competition activities.
Softball Uniform Manager
General Committee
The club is seeking an individual from the Softball Community to take on the role of Softball Uniform Manager. The Softball Uniform Manager oversees the acquisition and coordination of approved Softball uniforms, both for seasonal loan to junior players, and for purchase. Working with the President and Treasurer of the Club, the role ensures that teams are appropriately dressed in the Club's approved uniform during all competition games.
Greenway Park Grounds Manager

The club is seeking an individual from the Baseball Community to take on the role of Greenway Park Grounds Manager. The Grounds Manager oversees the preparation and maintenance of Greenway Park grounds and facilities including the batting tunnels. The role coordinates the activities of the ground committee in terms of grounds maintenance, ground set up and ground closing for scheduled games and tournaments held at Greenway Park.
Greenway Park Canteen Manager

The club is seeking an individual from the Baseball Community to take on the role of Greenway Park Canteen Manager. The Canteen Manager oversees the operation of the Canteen at Greenway Park throughout the Summer season, including ordering of supplies, stock management and cash management. The role covers the management of the Canteen during all inter-club competition, and occasional social events, representative games & Gala Days.
